I voted because I was real interested to see the results of this survey among macrumors people. I had an 09 MBP, been holding out for a refreshed MBA. Even though we are finding that non touch is more comparable due to battery life, I really wanted touch ID functionality. Yes, Apple lied claiming that the battery life is the same on those two. Anecdotally, the non touch easily beats claims, and the touch approaches claimed hours, but more than good enough for me. But I'm not giving this thing back.
This is a REALLY nice machine. No complaints from me. Click to expand.I'm doing the opposite.
Hate the 12 keyboard, and it's underpowered for anything demanding. It's nice, but the 13 is only marginally heavier. I will say that the 13's keyboard is more noisy (but much better).
I have a MacBook Pro OS X 10.7.5. Can I use Turbo Tax 2016? Then, provide a response that guides them to the best possible outcome. Be encouraging and positive. Look for ways to eliminate uncertainty by anticipating people's concerns. Make it apparent that we really like helping them achieve positive outcomes. On a Mac, everything is designed to work just the way you expect it to — from. New Quick Actions to edit files right from the Finder without ever opening an app. Your Mac works with your other Apple devices in ways no other computer can.
It's always something. Again, the 12 is very nice, just am not using it any more. I've also noticed the non-TB 13's battery life is very good. I'd like to try the 15' now after using the 13. I did this same watusi with previous 13 and 15 inchers, eventually settling for the 15 (all out of a portability perspective). These new ones offer new look in regards to portability.
I think Apple has done a fantastic job with these. Very satisfied. (but this keyboard makes a RACKET!!!

Alex King, a computer science student studying at Tufts University, has owned the new 2015 MacBook for just over a month, and during that time has been running Windows 10 through the multi-boot utility Boot Camp, and his results are impressive. It renders at 60FPS unless you have a lot going on,' writes King on. 'It's unequivocally better than performance on OS X, further leading me to believe that Apple really needs to overhaul how animations are done.
Even when I turn Transparency off in OS X, Mission Control isn't completely smooth. Here, even after some Aero Glass transparency has been added in, everything is smooth. It's remarkable, and it makes me believe in the 12-inch MacBook more than ever before.' Not only that, but the voice support offered by Cortana in Windows 10 also works: 'Cortana is an excellent addition, and I think it's only a matter of time before Apple rolls Siri into OS X somehow.
